Have to have the company car worked on here...
Otherwise I'd never go. I stop in for an oil change, leave the guy my cell phone number, and two hours later I'm wandering the mall bored to tears! I stop back by the office and find out my car hasn't even been pulled in to start yet.
Once I could forgive this, but after six oil changes and every one taking at least three times longer than they tell me, I can't stand it!
